The Biltmore is Coral Gables' answer to Palm Beach's grandest rooms — a Mediterranean tower that has watched Miami grow up around it, a candlelit courtyard for ceremonies, and ballrooms with the kind of chandeliers that demand an entrance. I've styled brides throughout Miami and Palm Beach County for fifteen years, and the Biltmore remains one of the few venues where I tell brides: go grander than you think.

The courtyard ceremony is the venue's signature — old stone, ivy, candlelight at dusk — and it rewards styles with visible structure. A woven chignon, a sculpted low bun with a deep side part, waves set tight enough to hold their shape from first look to last dance. Candlelight flatters texture and shine equally, so we build both into the finish.

The Grand Ballroom changes the assignment: it is vast, formal, and famous. Styles that read from a distance — full waves with body at the crown, polished ponytails with extension-perfect density, updos with clean architectural lines. What looks effortless up close should look intentional from the back row of the room.

Getting ready at the Biltmore is its own pleasure: suites with generous natural light, balconies over the golf course, and enough space for the whole party to style together on location. Party services run $225 per person on site, finished alongside the bride so the morning stays on one clock.
