I have carried the same nine products in my kit for years, and brides always want to know which ones actually matter at home. So here is the honest short list, in the order I would buy them.
Number one: a heat protectant. Non-negotiable. Every hot tool you own is doing cumulative damage, and a protectant is the cheapest insurance in hair care. I use one on every client, every time, and it is the single product I would keep if I could keep only one.
Number two: a dry texturizing spray. This is what makes soft waves hold through a Palm Beach evening. Applied at the mid-lengths and ends, never at the root, it adds grip without weight. It is also the fastest fix for second-day hair.
Number three: a lightweight oil or serum for the ends. One pump, mid-shaft to ends, on damp or dry hair. In coastal air this is your shine layer and your anti-frizz layer at once.
Number four: a shine or finishing mist. Applied at arm's length, this is the last step that makes a style look finished rather than done. Less is more, always.
Number five: a mask. Once a week, twenty minutes, mid-shaft to ends. This is the only product on the list that changes your hair rather than the style.
The rest of the shelf is optional. Nobody needs four sprays, and mismatched products layered badly cause more problems than they solve.
The Bride Experience at $1,000 includes a preview where we go through what your hair actually needs, and full package details are on the investment page. Inquire and I will build you a short list.
