Here is the short version. Dew point under 60 and your hair will do almost anything you ask. Between 60 and 67, fine hair starts to swell and curls begin to sag at the bend. Above 70, which is most of June through September, style memory fades faster than any spray can compensate for. Above 75, we stop designing for hold and start designing for structure.
