Every inquiry I answer includes a version of this question: how much does bridal hair actually cost in Palm Beach, all in? It is a fair question and it deserves a real answer instead of a range.
The Bride Experience is $1,000. That includes a preview appointment before the wedding, the wedding-day styling, and the consultation work that happens in between. It is one number, and it does not change based on the style you choose.
Party hair is $225 per person. That covers bridesmaids, mothers, grandmothers, and anyone else in the party being styled. Party makeup is also $225 per person. Bride makeup is $1,000, and it is treated as its own service with its own timeline.
Extra on-location hours are $400 per hour. This is the piece brides forget. If your ceremony is at four and your reception runs to midnight, the morning is not the only part of the day where hair matters. Trailing hours exist for touch-ups, a style change, and the reception transition.
Second artist: if you have seven or more hair services booked, a second artist joins automatically. There is no decision to make, and it is not an upsell. Seven styles on one artist means you are either starting at five in the morning or someone is being rushed.
Private events are $225 per person per service, whether that is a welcome party, a bridal shower, or a gala. Engagement sessions are $500.
What the numbers do not include: travel outside the standard radius, and any product you decide you want afterward. Both are discussed up front, never after.
The honest framing: this is a premium price in a market with cheaper options. What you are buying is one bride per weekend, one artist who has done this for fifteen years, and a morning that does not feel like a production line.
