Budget conversations should not feel like decoding a menu in another language. So here is the whole thing, plainly, for anyone planning a wedding in Palm Beach County and trying to build a realistic number.
The Bride Experience is $1,000. That is your bridal hair, including your preview appointment, so the morning of is execution rather than a first attempt. Bridal makeup is also $1,000, and most brides book the two together.
For everyone else in the party, hair is $225 per person and makeup is $225 per person. That covers mothers, bridesmaids, and anyone else sitting in the chair. At seven or more hair services I add a second artist, which is not an upsell. It is what keeps the morning from turning into a relay race.
Extra on-location time, when a schedule runs long or you want touch-ups before the reception, is $400 an hour. Private events, including galas and parties, are $225 per person per service. Engagement sessions are $500.
Where brides get surprised is not the rate. It is the arithmetic. A party of six with hair only is $1,350 on top of the Bride Experience. Add makeup and the number moves again. I would much rather you know that in month six than in month eleven.
The other line item worth planning for is travel. Most of Palm Beach Island, West Palm Beach, and central Boca are straightforward. Jupiter, Wellington, and the Keys need a conversation.
