Property scale is the real logistics story. Moving from a tower suite to a beach ceremony is a fifteen-minute walk, not a thirty-second one, and golf carts only help so much. We plan hair to be finished earlier than you think necessary, then use the buffer for portraits rather than for panic. If your ceremony is at five, hair is done by three thirty.
Between events, trailing hours at $400 each cover touch-ups and a reception restyle, and most resort brides use at least one. You also have the option of a Friday welcome party or Saturday rehearsal dinner at $225 per person per service, which fills the weekend without adding a second vendor relationship.
